Q: How can I get a Cutie Pies Keepsake?

A: There are two ways you can have a Cutie Pies Keepsake made:

1) Come to an impression appointment at one of our locations throughout Northern Virginia and NW Washington, DC - check the Appointments & Events page for days and times. Appointments are required.

2) Host a Cutie Pies Party for your friends and neighbors. We will set up at your home for a Cutie Pies party with a minimum order of 8 Cutie Pies keepsakes. The hostess will receive a
Cutie Pies credit worth 10% of the total sales from the event.

Q: How long does it take?

A: It only takes about 15 minutes to fill out an order form, choose glaze colors, and take the impression. The impression is quick and only takes a moment or two. We gently press the child’s hand or foot into a smooth palate of soft clay that feels cool to the touch. No special preparation is needed. Because each Cutie Pies Keepsake is custom made and hand-finished, it will take approximately 8 weeks for the final product to be ready.

Q: Do you have gift certificates?

A: Absolutely! A Cutie Pies Keepsakes gift certificate makes a wonderful baby shower gift for that special mom-to-be. A Cutie Pies Keepsake is a gift that will be treasured for a lifetime, whatever the occasion! Send an email to place an order for a gift certificate of any amount.

Our Guarantee

Ceramics are very delicate and can be unpredictable at times. In the rare and unfortunate event that your imprints break during the firing process, we will create another imprint for you at no additional charge.  Each of our ceramic keepsakes are unique and delicate in design and will have their own variations and inconsistencies, as they are 100% hand-crafted and customized. We take pride in our keepsakes and are confident you will cherish your print for many years to come.

Occasionally, because of the sensitive nature of ceramics, a keepsake may crack during firing in our kiln. This is rare, but it occasionally happens. If this happens to your imprint, we will need to re-create the impression for you at no charge at one of our appointment locations.
